Online Shop Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to orders placed through the EasyLiners online shop.

1. Price

  1. The price quoted includes VAT unless otherwise stated. Our main shop page may show prices including and excluding VAT. VAT is charged at the rate applying at the time of delivery. All totals charged at checkout include VAT.
  2. Any bespoke quotations lapse after 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  3. The price per item excludes delivery unless otherwise stated.
  4. We must receive full payment for the goods before the order is dispatched.
  5. We will send an order confirmation by email. This confirms our acceptance of the order.
  6. A delivery cost will be charged per order unless otherwise stated on our online shop. Some delivery addresses may incur additional delivery costs. We will contact you about those costs before dispatching the order, and you will have the right to cancel and receive a full refund if you do not want to pay the additional costs.
  7. We reserve the right to change prices on our website without prior notification.

2. Delivery

  1. All delivery times quoted are best estimates and rely on our courier service being uninterrupted.
  2. If we fail to deliver within a reasonable time, you may cancel the order by informing us in writing and receive a full refund.
  3. If we receive your cancellation notice after the goods have been dispatched, you will receive a full refund once the order has been returned to us.
  4. If you cancel the order, you can have no further claim against us under that agreement.
  5. We may split your order into multiple deliveries to speed up dispatch.
  6. As we offer a free click and collect service, delivery is an additional service and delivery costs are non-refundable.
  7. Deliveries to Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland may be dispatched via Royal Mail for small orders or on a longer 2-3 day APC service for larger orders.
  8. Scottish Highlands includes AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, and PH49-50.
  9. Next Day Delivery is only available on UK Mainland orders excluding Scottish Highlands.
  10. Our Next Day Delivery timeframe starts from dispatch, which may take up to 24 hours from the point of order, or the next working day for orders placed at the weekend. Where Same Day Dispatch is offered, it only applies Monday to Friday.

3. Delivery and safety

  1. Our courier may decline to deliver if we believe it would be unsafe, unlawful, or unreasonably difficult to do so.
  2. Our courier may also decline to deliver if the premises, or access to them, are unsuitable for the vehicle.
  3. Your delivery driver may take a photo of the parcel in your open doorway as proof it has been delivered. If you are self-isolating, please leave a signed note on your door telling the driver where to put the parcel.

4. Damages and returns

  1. You have 14 days from receipt of delivery to cancel the order.
  2. You have 3 days from receipt of delivery to inform us of damaged or missing items in your order.
  3. You should inform us of faulty items as soon as the fault is identified.
  4. You must inform us of cancellation requests, damaged goods, missing goods, or faulty goods by email.
  5. We will issue a returns authorisation for all returned items and will not process returns sent without this authorisation.
  6. Damaged, missing, or faulty items will be replaced as long as stock is available. If stock is not available, a refund will be given.
  7. Cancelled orders will be returned at your cost.
  8. We will refund cancelled orders within 30 days of receiving the stock back at our warehouse. We advise you to retain proof of posting.
  9. If delivery is selected and paid for, this is classed as an additional service and is non-refundable.
  10. Sealed boxes or packets cannot be returned once open unless damaged or faulty.
  11. You are expected to take reasonable care of all items while in your possession.

12. Waiver and variations

  1. Any waiver or variation of these terms is binding in honour only unless it is made or recorded in writing, signed on behalf of each party, and expressly states an intention to vary these terms.
  2. All orders that you place with us will be on these terms, or any terms that we may issue to replace them. By placing an order with us, you expressly waive any printed terms you may have to the extent that they are inconsistent with our terms.

13. Force majeure

  1. If we are unable to perform our obligations to you, or can only perform them at unreasonable cost, because of circumstances beyond our control, we may cancel and refund your order without liability.
  2. Examples include an act of God, accident, explosion, war, terrorism, fire, flood, transport delays, strikes, other industrial disputes, and difficulty obtaining supplies.

14. General

  1. English law applies to any contract made under these terms. The English and Welsh courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
  2. If you are more than one person, each of you has joint and several obligations under these terms.
  3. If any of these terms are unenforceable as drafted, it will not affect the enforceability of any other term. If it would be enforceable if amended, it will be treated as so amended.
  4. All brochures, catalogues, and other promotional materials are to be treated as illustrative only. Their contents form no part of any contract between us, and you should not rely on them in entering into any contract with us.
  5. Any notice by either of us served under these terms may be served by leaving it at, or delivering it by first class post or fax to, the other's registered office or principal place of business. All such notices must be signed.
  6. No contract will create any right enforceable, by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, by any person not identified as the buyer or seller.
  7. Nothing in these terms affects or limits our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
